The organisation is divided into several teams, each of which has its own responsibilities:
The acquisition, development and construction of our properties
Leasing and managing our portfolio, and supporting our tenants
The support services, such as Finance, HR and IT

Our employees can work flexibly from home, but we also encourage them to meet frequently at the office. Our offices are divided into a collaborative zone, a silent zone, several bubbles for secluded working, and meeting rooms for physical meetings or video conferences.
You can easily reach our offices by car, bicycle, foot or public transport: tram stop Voot is right in front of our building.
To relax, there is a communal canteen, a lounge with pool table, a garden and, just across the street, the large Malou Park.
