HOMI has transformed an outdated office building into a modern residential complex with 48 high-quality rental units, ranging from studios to spacious four-bedroom apartments—many with private terraces. Residents enjoy amenities like a gym, laundry room, bicycle storage, underground parking, and a communal garden.

Prioritizing sustainability, the building was renovated rather than demolished, significantly reducing its ecological footprint. It operates without fossil fuels, using air-water heat pumps and solar panels for energy efficiency, achieving an A-label energy rating. This project supports HOMI’s goal of reducing residential energy consumption while enhancing urban living.
